Todd LeechCaptainAustraliaTodd grew up on the wild south coast of Australia, among a family involved in commercial fishing industries such as lobster, prawn and abalone. After completing his studies in International business at university, he began his professional life at sea. First on dive and tourist boats along the Great Barrier Reef and eventually making the move to the Super Yachting industry 10 years ago. Since joining the yachting industry he has worked with traditional Super Yachts such as the newly launched 85m Lurssen, M/Y Areti as well as expedition vessels .The National Geographic affiliated M/Y Plan B with which he completed three circumnavigations while cruising many exotic locations.
An avid surfer, dive master and fisherman, he is happiest traveling to where the ocean conditions are best. Todd’s pragmatic and team orientated approach ensures that guest expectations are always exceeded, and that a safe and bespoke experience is created for those aboard M/Y BOLD. He looks forward to sharing his love of the water this season with guests and crew alike.

Nicholas DolphinChief officer / relief captainAustraliaNicholas joins M/Y BOLD from Adelaide, South Australia. A lover of water sports from a very young age, Nicholas was a competitive swimmer in his younger years, representing his country in 2000 through 2003 at Pacific School Games, leading him into Olympic Target group teams. Carrying on with his love for water after hanging up his goggles, became a PADI Dive Instructor in 2006 and worked out of Port Douglas, on the Great Barrier Reef for 5 years before joining the yachting Industry in 2010. He has been working in the yachting industry for the past 11 years on a number of high-profile yachts, such as ‘Phoenix 2’ and also specializes in underwater videography and photography. Nicholas is very good at fishing, spearfishing and freediving.

George -Bridge officerAustraliaGeorge was born and raised on the island of Tasmania, Australia.
Growing up on the water, he loves everything from diving,
freediving, surfing, wakeboarding, driving boats and having a good old fish. He loves all sports and
raced motocross at a competitive level for over 13 years. This is George’s second yacht after spending
nearly 5 years onboard his last yacht traveling around the Mediterranean and Caribbean. He would love to take you on your next adventure. -
Mathias -Oow officerSwedenMathias was born and raised on a tiny island in the archipelago of Stockholm, Sweden, which was only accessible by boat. This slightly uncommon upbringing meant that he had been out on the ocean numerous times before even taking his first steps. He started out his
maritime career at a very young age working for his father’s shipping company and has then undergone the studies of Master Mariner and Master in Maritime Management, Marine Technology. Mathias has been crewing sailing yachts since his early teens and has now taken the step into the world of Superyachts. Mathias has a keen interest for all types of Water sports with an extra slice of passion for sailing and scuba diving.

Daniel -Executive head chefSwedenCelebrity Chef and Culinary Artist from Sweden with over 30 years of experience.
Daniel Left Sweden early to fulfil his dream to travel and cook around the world, gaining the experience he always desired. Daniel has catered for and provided for Private Chef services for some of the most famous, A-Listers in the world, with his multi faced
Unique Cuisine, has provided to such functions as Rolex, Louis Vuitton and over some 700 luxury wedding events in Asia. After Culinary school in Sweden, Daniel was trained as a chef in California by some of the top Chefs in the world, becoming a member of the “Californian Mercenary Chefs, appearing on several Cooking TV Shows.
Daniel says “to be a Chef is not a job – it’s a lifestyle”
Daniel is happy to tailor a great menu for guests, with some of the best products and creations you can imagine. -
Mathias -Executive sous chefAustriaMathias is 29 year old, from Vienna and coming with 15 years’ experience of cooking, he brings extensive knowledge to “Bold”. Mathias has been cooking in fine dining and “Michelin” starred establishments across Europe. He gained a lot of experience and ideas in the famous “Dots” Vienna Albertina Passage. Furthermore, he is an expert regarding fresh Sushi, graduating from the California Sushi Academy in Los Angeles.
Mathias is passionate about good food and is excited to experiment with new things inside and outside the galley. He is always up for some activities and adventures.

Stefan -Chief steward-Stefan is a very caring and passionate person. He first started as a butler on the prestigious cruise liner ‘Crystal Cruises. As lover of wine, Stefan gained his Sommelier qualification at the ‘Court of Master Sommeliers of America’ During his years in Food and Beverage, he has been working at such establishments as, Mandarin Oriental London, Crystal Cruises and Arlberg Hospiz Hotel. His most recent experiences were in South East Asia, at a luxurious Privately owned resorts, “The Sanchaya” located in Bintang Indonesia and “Siri Panwa” Phuket, Thailand. Stefan is bringing great excitement and passion to “Bold” and looks forward to making your time on board very special and unforgettable.

Lily -Senior stewardessAustraliaLili joins us from the small town of Mandurah, an hour south of Perth.
With a love of the ocean from a young age Lili has been a lifeguard at her local beach and has A Western Australian Skipper’s License. After school Lili worked at Subway where she quickly Moved up the ranks to manager. Lili joined yachting as it is a great way to travel the world, be close to the water and meet new people.
Lili enjoys surfing, fishing, cooking and photography in her free time. Lili is warm, friendly and a true people person. She looks forward to making your time on M/Y BOLD an unforgettable experience. -
Josefine -2nd stewardessSwedenJosefine is 25 years old, from Stockholm, Sweden. Ever since Josefine finished school she had a big passion for traveling and exploring the world. After a short period living and working in London. Josefine nourished her passion of traveling by working as a flight stewardess for 1 year.Josefine commenced her time in the yachting industry in late 2018 in the Mediterranean Sea, prior to joining the team onboard BOLD. Josefine is a very social person that loves spending most of her time with her friends and family back home.

Danielle -StewardessCanadaDanielle grew up in Toronto, Canada. Joining the Superyacht Industry in 2019, she had previously been working in hospitality for many years before changing scenery. Dani always spends her summers near the water as much as she can. She loves kayaking and canoeing. Dani loves being outside and, always newt the water, as much as possible, which is why she loves being on board of BOLD.

Grace -StewardessNew zealandGrace is 23 years old and was born and raised in New Zealand
Travelling on the Seas was her childhood dream.
She has a passion for outdoors activities & being on the water whenever she can.
She started working on smaller yachts part time and was very active during the Americas Cup. -
Luke -BosunSouth africaLuke grew up on the east coast of South Africa in Durban. Luke commenced his career predominately on the East Coast of USA including the Bahamas, aboard heavily chartered vessels. His time in these areas has created a sound knowledge of these waters and the expectations of charter guests, he is currently in the process of commencing his studies working towards becoming an OOW.
Luke has worked on several prestigious yachts including, Lurssen Yachts “Amadea” a106 m Superyacht, before joining the BOLD team. Luke’s favourite activities include anything in water, wakeboarding, surfing, foiling, snorkelling and has started to master kite boarding.

Rory -Deckhand / carpenterAustraliaRory 22 years from Melbourne Australia.
He loves to travel and see new places outside of Australia. In his
young age he has travelled a lot by land all over Europe. It is the first time for him travelling at sea with
MY Bold. He is a people’s person, loves the gym & martial arts. In his free time onboard he is
either at the Gym or swimming off the back of the Yacht. -
Holly -Deckhand / dive masterNew zealandHolly comes from a high-country sheep and beef station in the deep south of New Zealand. As she
Is a very active person she loves to be in the water. Especially spearfishing, freediving,
wakeboarding, and water-skiing. Holly is a keen traveller and enjoys exploring
new places and cultures in her spare time, she has done some epic hikes through South America,
Greenland and the Middle East…… just ask her for some stories ! -
Bodie -Deckhand / dive master / carpenterNew zealandBodie comes from a small costal town in New Zealand called Raglan.
He grew up spending a lot of his time on the water with his family sailing boats, surfing the famous
local waves and diving for the rare treasure Abalone called “Paua”.
He has a very high interest in travelling & sports. -
Steven -Chief engineerNew zealandSteven grew up in a small rural town in New Zealand on a beef farm, next to the ocean. The outdoors and boating were a big part of his younger years. After leaving school he completed a trade as a Diesel fitter. After a few years travelling overseas, Steven moved to Australia where he worked in mining, oil and gas industry.
He joined Yachting in 2013 as he thoroughly enjoys being at sea, travelling and working on the large range of equipment that is operated onboard a superyacht. Steven has completed all his marine engineering studies and gained his commercial and yacht engineering licences. Steven’s hobbies and interest are being an avid water sports enthusiast and spending time in the ocean. He enjoys kiteboarding, surfing, fishing, spearfishing, diving, hiking and training in Muay Thai and sky diving. He is keen to travel with M/Y BOLD and experience the different destinations that she is going to as well as running the engineering department safely, efficiently and to an excellent standard.

Paul -Rotational chief engineerNew zealandPaul is from New Zealand and enjoys dividing his time on board and at home with hisfamily. Has been in the yachting industry for 18 years.

Tomas -Second engineerUkBorn in the Canary Islands but moved to Bournemouth, where he loves spending time at the beach and forest. Tom joined the merchant navy at the age of 19 where he began his career on board cruise ships, he began his journey as a cadet and worked his way to a second engineer. His hobbys gym and various activities such as rugby, cycling and diving.He also enjoys his off time exploring the world and trying various cuisines. At home cooking is a passion and will often cook for friends and family as he finds it’s the best way to get people together.

At the Age of 18, Matt joined the Navy where he studied Electronics. After Seven years
in the Navy he travelled the world where he found yachting and has never looked back since.
Matt is an advanced scuba diver, an advanced free diver, and an avid surfer.
