Vasilis holds a degree in technology of agricultural products and started his career as a Steward in the yachting industry in 2013. He attended the Azzure yacht training academy and after acquiring all necessary certificates and diplomas he worked on various private and charter yachts and later found his way to our team. He is a valuable asset to the crew and his goal is to ensure immaculate service provision to our guests during their charter. He has strong management skills and he works calmly and effectively. The Best Tablescaping Award that he won in MEDYS 2016 demonstrates the quality of his services.

Nikos has always had a passion for the sea and, as a result, decided to follow a profession related to maritime and commenced a career in the yachting industry. He holds a degree in plumbing and, in the past, worked as a plumber. After three successful seasons as a crew member on luxury motor yachts he recently joined our team and is more excited than ever.

Olga studied English & Literature in Ukraine and Photography in Seabourn service Academy. Her rich background includes luxury yachts and hotels and restaurants all over the world. She describes herself as a hardworking person with excellent communication skills. She is approachable and friendly and adapts to the most demanding situations by adhering to her composed and professional qualities.

Stelios is a graduate of the Electrical Engineering Department of Interior Automation and holds all the necessary marine certificates. Before working on yachting, he was working at 5-star hotels and restaurants throughout Greece as well as in the UK. He has also excellent fish knowledge as he was working for three years as a head waiter at a seafood restaurant. His high level of professionalism makes him a great member of our team, always determined to offer quality services to our guests and ensure that they have a unique time on board.

Stavroula holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Counseling Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is also currently participating in classes for cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy and holds a seaman’s book. She commenced her career in the yachting industry in 2021 working onboard luxury yachts whereas her past experience includes restaurants where she was working as a waitress and barista and nurseries applying her academic knowledge. Stavroula loves being around water as she was a professional swimmer with ten years of competitive experience. She has excellent organizational and communication skills and is a hardworking individual ready to deliver to our guests a high-quality charter experience.

He holds all the necessary certificates including security awareness, medical care and first aid, lifesaving and firefighting appliances as well as a boatswain certificate. He has over twenty years of experience in the sea and he has worked onboard tankers, containers and ferries. His discipline and eagerness to excel in everything he does make him the perfect fit for our team and we are thrilled to have him on board.

Dimitris has spent the last few years working in the yachting industry gaining, essential experience on board. He holds all the necessary certificates and has completed the STCW training in lifesaving and firefighting appliances. He is a hard worker, polite and enjoys summer sports. His perseverance and passion are only some of the many attributes that make him the perfect fit for our crew.

During his childhood, Kostas used to spend his free time on daily cruise boats, next to his father who was at the helm of many of them. As a result, working at sea became natural for him and, after finishing high school, decided to become a professional fisherman and explore the whole Aegean Sea. He also holds a speedboat license. This season, he brings his experience and skills on our yacht, determined to work hard as a member of our team.

Ioanna is a certified pre-school teacher with 15 years of experience teaching toddlers specializing in Creative and Expression activities. She graduated from IPS SVIE Private college in 2005 and then acquired he vocational training Certification and Seaman’s book the next year. Ioanna has excellent communication and organizational skills and is very excited to take on this new challenge. She is polite and cheerful and can effortlessly connect with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. We are happy to welcome her on board.

Dimitris holds a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds certificates in advanced safety training for seafarers, ship security, ERM as well as an Engineer Class B Diploma. Before yachting, he was working as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing industry. Dimitris is also a blood donor and has completed his military service in the Hellenic Airborne Special Forces with a distinction in his class. He also holds an open sea skipper license and a speedboat license. Dimitris is a hard worker who always manages to carry through with any given task.

Manos has completed the STCW training courses for seafarers and holds multiple certificates. In 2014, he decided to follow his passion for the sea and has since served on passenger vessels, tanker vessels and cruise liners. He recently joined our team, bringing his determination and hard work on our yacht and can help carry out any given assignment on deck.

Adson the new Greek-Brazilian Chief Officer aboard our luxury charter yacht is equipped with a solid educational background from the Technical High School of Piraeus (2001-2005) and the Maritime High School of Piraeus (2011-2015). Holding certifications as a Captain Class C and a General Operator GMDSS, Adson brings a wealth of maritime expertise to the helm. With a commitment to safety and precision, he will ensure smooth sailing and unparalleled service for our guests.

Myrto holds a Bachelor degree in Tourism & Hospitality management and has also taken courses of Hilton University in Sales, Communication, Public relations, Managing Hospitality Services, Accounting, Tourism Data & Analysis, Managing Human Resources and Tourism Marketing. She is confident and reliable with an in depth understanding of the hospitality industry. Utilizing emotional intelligence as the guiding principle for constant improvement of individual and team results. Flexible in the ability to adapt to challenges when they arise while remaining aware of professional roles and boundaries. Punctual and responsible, maintaining high standard of personal appearance and manner. Enthusiastic, honest and hard working with the ability to work under pressure. Katerina is the new 3rd Officer with a background in Passengers Vessels and a 3rd Mate license from the Merchant Marine Academy at Aspropyrgos. Certified in life-saving and fire appliances, and General Operator GMDSS, Constantina ensures the safety and security of all passengers with expert precision and dedication.

Nikos graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Chios in 1994. He obtained a Certificate in Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances in 1998, graduated from KESEN as 2nd Engineer in 2003 and in 2007 graduated from KESEN as Chief Engineer. He also holds Certificates in Engine room Resource Management, ISM Implementation and Internal Auditor, Environmental Awareness & Ship Boat Pollution Prevention, Human Relations, Advanced Fire Fighting, Crowd Control, Crisis Management, Human Behavior and Chemical Awareness. Nikos commenced his service at sea as an Apprentice Engineer in 1992 on Merchant Marine Boats. In 1995 he joined Celebrity Cruises as 3rd Engineer on cruise ships, and in 2007 he brought his knowledge to luxury motor yachts. Nikos is certified by PADI as a master diver and holds a speedboat license. He is a true professional, hard working and a great fit to our crew.

With a passion for hospitality and a strong academic background, Wellyne brings a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the luxury charter yacht industry. Known for her hardworking nature, she approaches her role with diligence, ensuring impeccable service delivery and attention to detail. Her sense of responsibility and determination make her a valuable asset to any team. Wellyne is eager to learn and adapt to the dynamic demands of the luxury yacht crew life. Her enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences, coupled with her strong work ethic, makes her an indispensable member of the crew.

Rosel, born in the Philippines, studied hotel management before embarking on a maritime career nearly 18 years ago. She gained extensive experience working on various cruise ships and passenger vessels, specializing in housekeeping and cabin care. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough approach to her work, Rosel spent 15 years in the cruise industry before transitioning into yachting. Her first superyacht was O'MATHILDE, where she remained for two years before joining O'PTASIA. Highly experienced in catering to charter guests, she is dedicated to ensuring their utmost comfort, paying special attention to their private sanctuary—their cabin.

Patricia, born in the Philippines, is a dedicated stewardess known for her meticulous attention to detail, particularly in cabin care and laundry. With a positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset, she brings both warmth and professionalism to her role. She began her yachting career aboard the 30M Summer Fun, where she honed her skills by actively contributing to all aspects of interior management and housekeeping.

Amalia initially pursued studies in business and economics. However, her true passion lay in fitness, leading her to train as a personal trainer with a specialization in Pilates and cross-training. For many years, she managed a fitness center, this is her first attempt to join the yachting world.

Valentina holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Institute of Hotel and Tourism studies in Athens, Greece. She also holds an F&B diploma from IST college Athens, Greece and the Wine-tasting Level 1 diploma. She has attended lots of seminars such and Food Hygiene, HACCP, Communication, Alain Ducasse / Naturalité Cuisine, Martin Lippo / Liquid Nitrogen techniques and other. She has participated in the TV show “Master Chef 2” Greece, she is a Recipe Writer for the “Sugarfree” press in Athens and also, she has been a Chef instructor at City Unity College. In 2022 she was awarded the Golden Medal from
the Greek Taste Beyond Borders organization and in 2023 she was awarded as an ambassador for Greek Gastronomy from the same organization. Her previous experience includes working in renowned restaurants in Greece and abroad, where she had the chance to create unique dishes based on worldwide cuisines. After a decade of constant improvement, Valentina decided to face new challenges and joined the yachting industry in 2016. Describing her cuisine as everything from fusion and ethnic to traditional with a twist, tasty and colorful, the 34 years old Chef, takes pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients for her dishes on board. For her cooking is a soulful ritual, paying at the same time a lot of attention to presentation when plating. She has been member of our team since 2016 and we are thrilled to have such a passionate and professional Chef on board.

Chef Anastasios holds a diploma From Le Monde Institute of Hotel & Tourism studies in Athens and has a professional career of twelve years. He joined the yachting industry last year with an extensive prior experience in the kitchens of renowned hotels and restaurants in Athens, ready to face new challenges and serve his creations to our guests. Anastasios has worked many years as a sous chef to Chef Patron Ettore Botrini (Michelin star awarded) and is very well trained in preparing and presenting high quality gourmet dishes.

Panagiotis is a very experienced Pastry Chef with a background of more than 10 years in the hospitality industry. He worked on the prestigious luxury yacht Al Mirqab (133m) for 3 years from 2015-2018 and returned for one last season in 2020. Furthermore, he has worked in Michelin awarded restaurants under conditions of high pressure to deliver the best possible results.

Captain Vangelis has been holding Captain Class A Diploma since 2011. He also holds a Skipper’s Sailing Boat Diploma and MSc in Marine Policy from Cardiff University, in 2006. Vangelis started his service at sea in 1999 onboard motor tankers of the Latsis enterprises. From 2002 until 2005, Vangelis continued to serve as a Captain onboard motor yachts including being Captain of “Ferry Ios” of the Hellenic Navy. Further on, he has also worked as Captain on m/y “Suncoco” for eight consecutive years. He is a perfectionist and this is exactly how he runs his yacht, with his crew at his side. Vangelis is very honest and to the point and will make sure that during your trip you will have each and every one of your needs tended to.
